Livid: A single header C++ wasm frontend library

Hello

Just wanted to share a new project I'm working on.

It leverages Emscripten for the heavy lifting.
My knowledge of webdev is kinda abysmal, and I personally would prefer if I had to do it, to use something I'm more familiar with.

I also have a proof of concept template which uses livid for the frontend and webview/cpp-httplib for the backend:

This allows creating web-tech based desktop apps using mostly C++ as far as a developer is concerned.
