PSA: emsdk non-embedded mode is going away

The while ago we switch emsdk to use an embedded config file by default.  This means it won't write to your $HOME directory but store the config inside emsdk itself.

I had included an --no-embeded flag to fall back to the old behaviour but at

this point would like to remove it.   Is anyone relying on this mode (i.e. Is anyone using this flag?).
