Notice: Student’s accommodation for Sept 2012
1. Kindly take note that the existing student’s movement for Sept 2012 accommodation are as follows:

2nd year students move to V3/V4/V5 and the rest shall remain at V1 or V2. |
2. Block V5(G), V5(F) V3(D) and V4(B) shall be vacant for the University’s programs and for maintenance work. Affected students shall move to other blocks within the same Village.
3. For those who want to take additional courses or subjects during their September semester 4-months break, kindly get approval from Residential Village Manager at Block O by 4th. Sept 2012 before registering accommodation at your respective Village. Students who do not register will NOT be given accommodation.
4. Returning students from internship and 4-months break shall register at V3, V4 or V5. Outgoing students for internship and 4-months break MUST vacate their rooms. Those who have delayed/deferred their internship, flight ticket or semester break need to inform their respective Village Supervisors.
5. All students MUST return the room keys before 10 Sept 2012. For those who need to return the key during weekend, kindly consult any RCSU members at your respective Village to get the room key envelope. Students need to put the envelope with room keys in the box provided at their respective Village’s office.
6. Students MUST lock their existing rooms before returning the room’s key to prevent any removal and/or modification of any property and/or assets belonging to the Residential Village.
7. Students who did not return their rooms’ key will be fined maximum of three (3) times of daily room rate (i.e. RM5/day for V1, V2 & V6 and RM6/day for V3, V4 & V5) for the duration of the stay. For example if a student at V1 did not return the keys for two (2) days, they will be fined of RM5 x 3 x 2 days = RM30.
8. The following students will be fined and brought to the Disciplinary Committee;
a. Stay back in their rooms after returning the room’s key.
b. Keep their belongings inside their rooms before leaving for internship or 4-months break.
