Dear Dr. Sawe,

I write on the suggestion of Professor Lee Wallis to request the Emergency Medicine Association of Tanzania's members' participation in a consensus-building survey regarding out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Africa.

 

The study aims to build consensus around out-of-hospital cardiac arrest through multiple rounds of online surveys with the ultimate goal of releasing a consensus statement at the African Conference on Emergency Medicine in Kigali this November. Thank you so much for sending out the first survey. Could you please send out the second round of the survey to establish a consensus on out-of-hospital cardiac arrest? We will use the responses to establish consensus on an African model for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest at the AfCEM conference in Kigali on 9/11, and the Emergency Medicine Association of Tanzania's input is highly valued.
