Dear Mark,
I apologize for kind of disappearing after the first day of the conference in Dar. It turnoed out that a number of crises arose in Tanzania (all pretty much now fixed) that needed my immediate attention and since my stay was short, I had to address them rather than return to the conference.
From what I saw, it seemed a great forum for people working on the issues to trade experiences and help each other which is exactly what seems so critical now among this group. Thus, congratulations.
Again, thanks for including me and look forward to seeing you again.
Marc
