to EMR Data Use Workshop
Hi, I am project manager for ART-LINC, IeDEA-SA and am also involved
in data management. I would be really interested in participating in
this workshop. From our experience with both collaborations, we face
important problems regarding the data quality. Problems come from 2
main soiurces: quality of the data entered in the database and data
export.
I would be happy to present some slides on the paper that will be
published in the Bulletin in December on the previous workshop.
The topics list is comprehensive.

We're working on planning the workshop and have update the
announcement page with more detailed information.
We would like to ask each of you to take a minute to update your
member profile (just click on the 'Edit my membership' link on the
right side of the screen) with a few words about: where you work, your
job function (clinician, data manager, clinic manager, etc.), and
which EMR system you use.
It would be useful to have a few words also about what you are
expecting from the workshop and what you could contribute (I'm sure
all of you have learned something from your experience that you could
share.)
We'll be sending out registration forms soon.

Sorry that I gave confusing (wrong) instructions on how to update your
profile.
You should go to the 'Profile' link at the very top of the page
(towards the right side).
This will allow you to post a picture and some text about your
activities that others can view.
