message.dropped action in Webhook

Hi,

I am trying to add message.dropped action in Web hook. In emqx_web_hook.conf file. But, Webhook API is not being called on drop action. 

According to the documentation  message.dropped is part trigger event

The rule I added in file is

web.hook.rule.message.dropped.1        = {"action": "on_message_dropped"}

So, I am doing something wrong or message.dropped is not allowed in Webhook

Currently, I am using EMQX Broker
