Disney Dreamlight Valley is a production on the border between adventure games and life simulations. Gameloft is the company behind the development of this project. Dreamlight Valley debuted in an unusual business model: Access to the Early Access version, which launched in September 2022, required the purchase of an Xbox Game Pass subscription or a Founder’s Pack. The full version of the game operates as a free-to-play model.
PlotDisney Dreamlight Valley takes us on a journey into the fantastic universe of Disney and Pixar, or more specifically, the titular valley that was once full of life and home to characters from iconic cartoons. The idyll ended when the land was struck by a catastrophe called Oblivion, which caused night thorns to grow there and rob the residents of their memories. The latter had no choice but to lock themselves in the dream castle and wait for rescue. Luckily all is not lost when we emerge into the valley; Now The task of saving its inhabitants and restoring the former order to this place rests on our shoulders.
