Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience of supporting service users to access employment, education and training. The roles will involve implementing the Individual Placement and Support Model to enable the addictions team to become more effective at supporting service users to achieve their vocational goals.

The posts will be based in our Ealing Drug and Alcohol Service.

 

Salary range: £24,590 to £33,040 inclusive of London Weighting.

Closing date: 26th Dec 2010
