Band 6 Vocational Team Leader Role - 1 Year Fixed Term

We are looking for a Band 6 Voctional Team Leader to cover maternity leave.  The post holder will provide Team Leadership for Westminster IPS services, and also carry a small caseload.   The post may also be required to work in Harrow MH services in the second half of the year.

 

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of managing employment services, who can provide field mentoring to staff , in particular focusing on effective employer engagement.
