Hi all -

Just wondering whether anyone using Employmentlist has ever had a client or knows anyone who has gone with UmbrellaClaims for legal assistance in taking on a negligent employer. Website here -

I have a client who is considering this route and found them after doing a google. I'd feel happier if I knew anyone who can recommend (or equally advise NOT to use) them .

Can anyone recommend good experiences with any other particular no win no fee solicitors for stress injury claims? The client lives in South Wales.

Many thanks for your help.

Hi Dave
I could give you a bad example of someone going to a no win not fee solicitor with an unfair dismissal claim. Unfortunately I do not have any good examples and we tend to avoid them if we can.

perhaps this site needs people to reintroduce themselves - there certainly is a great need for this sort of communication especially in the current climate.

I am employed by Mind to work with a network of 26 local Mind associations in London.
I have a dx of bipolar and am a qualified mental health recovery educator with an interest in work as a tool for recovery

it would be interesting to know how many of these projects existed. I dont know about the one andrew explains.
I know that several support into employment organisations are under threat of funding cuts tho - this seems tragic during a recession with a tory govt.
