·         Mental Health Promotion in the Workplace

·         Introducing the Case Management Approach

·         Introducing the Case Management Approach

·         Peer Supervision Process

·         Therapeutic Interventions

·         Mediation Skills

·         Employment Law and Job Retention

 

Who should attend

 

·         Employment Advisors and Vocational Support Workers within IAPT and Fit for Work Teams

·         JC+ Work Programme Advisory Services and Brokers

·         Occupational Therapists and other Health Professionals in both Primary and Secondary Care, keen to embrace Recovery Principles

·         Human Resource Managers and Occupational Health staff

·         Although this training has a focus primarily on mental health, it has also proven valuable to people working in other fields of job retention such as Head Injury, Autistic Spectrum Condition and for those with physical disabilities.
