shares/buy problem with new arrivals

There seems to be an issue with buying new arrivals via the shares/buy method. Error #142 is being returned and the transaction fails. Error 142 is a new error code added March 29th.

UPDATED: 29 March, 2012: Added Error Code 142

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I've opened a support request with the EAV folks.
