I've been running EavNet (http://empireave.net) for awhile now... I've had a few inquiries about password security and would feel much more comfortable not using my internal encrypt/decrypt method.

Does anyone have any insight on how API 2.0 / OAuth availability is coming along?

I can deal with the meagre API call limit, but the OAuth method is very important for customer trust.

Thanks,
Ben

Nudge.

I'm launching a social network with some of the same functionality and
would like the same thing. Users don't want to leave their eave
usernames and passwords in the hands of a third party if they don't
have to. Every time if an app tells me it wants my facebook username
and password, I just close it and never go back.

I'd also like to be able to do shoutouts in a non-hacky way. Right
now it takes jumping some hoops to make it work. It'd be nice if it
were just a simple API call, and better yet if I could add a shoutout
to the Buy method. It's been coming soon for a while now.
