Using the API on WordPress

I have a hosted Wordpress blog and tried to use the API in my widget area. It does not show. I tried it in the page and it still does not show. I suspect it the java script causing the fail. I don't know how to fix it or if it is fixable at all.
I will just take the image and link it, but that does nothing for my ranking on EA.
