How to use POST API? E.g. shares/sell

Hi guys, it is 5am here in my country. And i've started browsing the net on how to execute a POST in PHP for the Empire Avenue APIs.

It's been 8 hours guys, with countless attempts, but still isn't working. :-(

So I beg you guys, and hopefully have mercy, can you provide me a working example of a PHP code that use the shares/sell API call?

I have had some trouple too. Where are you trying to post. I am trying to put one in the widget column on my Syzygy Network blog and it does not show at all. Not even a code string. I THINK it is the Java Script. I am going to post it as a banner until somebody can show me how to get it right, or they write one for the WP platform.
