how do we go about requesting a Google + recommendation from members?

At this time they have changed the way you get endorsments for G+ and is not open for everyone.

1. Newbies!! Get as many of your friends to join Empire Avenue through your special invite link between Friday 00:01 GMT September 16 2011 and Wednesday 23:59 GMT September 21 2011 and the Top 50 who get people to join Empire Avenue will receive a Google+ connection.
