Fixes and changes for profile/notifications

Thanks to a bug report from Pablo Donoso, we've just fixed the /profile/notifications call

For one thing our most recent notifications updates last Thursday evening broke the API call. Our apologies, it was not in our test list! This has been fixed and we will ensure that notifications are fully tested in the API when next we update that portion of code.

Secondly, as you all know, we changed "following" to lists but kept the call names the same to ensure that there was no disruption to settings that people had chosen for emails etc. But we had not updated the API "following" call to reflect lists. The "following" notification type is now fixed and now brings back who has listed you and where.

Thirdly, we've added the "mentions" notifications in for testing purposes into the /profile/notifications, it has the type of mention (eav, twitter etc.) and who

I haven't updated the docs, but will do so this evening once I've ensured that mentions works 100%.
