I put together this Onboarding Check List. Some steps for getting involved in the Project.

Next Steps to Get Involved - Onboarding Check List
Welcome to the team! To help you get started smoothly, please complete the following onboarding steps for the Empathy Movement Curriculum project. Check them off as you go:
Phase 1: Explore & Connect (Immediate Actions)
§ [ ] Review the Project Website: Explore the Empathy Movement Curriculum Website to familiarize yourself with our vision, goals, and framework.
§ [ ] Join the project Google Groups Email List: This is our primary channel for team communications, updates, and collaboration.
§ [ ] Introduce Yourself: Send a brief email to Edwin Rutsch at Edwin...@gmail.com to officially express your interest, share your background, or ask any initial questions.
Phase 2: Amplify & Attend (Community Engagement)
§ [ ] RSVP on Social Media: Join our project event pages, mark yourself as "Attending," and invite your network to help spread the word:
§ [ ] Attend a Weekly 'Meet & Greet': Join us for our Friday project Zoom call to meet the team, ask questions, and find out where your skills fit best.
§ [ ] One on one Zoom Call. If you cannot attend this time, contact Edwin Rutsch at Edwin...@gmail.com for a one on one Zoom call.
Phase 3: Experience & Train (Foundational Practices)
§ [ ] Experience an Empathy Circle: Participate in an upcoming Empathy Circle. This is our foundational, highly effective practice centered on mutual Active Listening.
§ [ ] Take the Free Empathy Circle Facilitator Training: Register for the free Empathy Circle Facilitator Training. This is the bedrock training that all of our curriculum work builds upon.
Phase 4: Co-Create & Lead (Active Contribution)
§ [ ] Choose Your Role: Decide how you would like to contribute:
§ Option A: Join the core Curriculum Design Team actively co-create modules.
§ Option B: Serve as a Curriculum Advisor. to provide feedback and expert oversight.
§ Option C: add other options
§ [ ] Present at the Empathy Summit (For Current Trainers): If you already facilitate an existing empathy training program, we invite you to showcase your work as a featured speaker at the upcoming Empathy Summit.
