Join with us to experience empathy this Sunday July 6th from 11 to 1 at:

Enter through the front door of the Riviera Theatre and we will guide you to our meeting place. Please try to arrive on time as we must close the door at 11:15.
Some of us may do circles outside on the covered balcony. Please bring a warm coat and maybe a blanket - it may be chilly and windy.
Mark your calendars - Saturday, July 12, will be a day of combined meditation and empathy circles. We will join forces with the Mindful Heart Buddhist Community and will meet at Santa Barbara Middle School on APS. Details to follow shortly.
