The morning session will be available online via our Special Events/Retreats Zoom link
The afternoon session will not be available via Zoom.
There is no charge for the retreat. The suggested donation or this day-long event is $60 to help support Mindful Heart Programs’ mission to expand access to meditation for the benefit of individuals, our community, and the world.
Directions: Follow signs to the lower parking lot at the Middle School and take the stairs to the upper floor. There are some handicapped-marked spaces that can be accessed at the meeting room level.

Join with us to experience empathy this Sunday July 13th from 11 to 1 at:

Enter through the front door of the Riviera Theatre and we will guide you to our meeting place. Please try to arrive on time as we must close the door at 11:15.
Some of us may do circles outside on the covered balcony. Please bring a warm coat and maybe a blanket - it may be chilly and windy.
Come and open your hearts and help to build our local (and global) community of empathy.
