India Biodiversity Meet 2019b - registration now open

This is our immense pleasure to inform you that Agricultural and Ecological Research Unit, ISI is going to organize an international conference the 7th India Biodiversity Meet (IBM-2019b) at ISI, Kolkata, during 19-21 November 2019. We would like to invite you to participate in the conference. Please see the following details:
· Dates: November 19-21, 2019
· Themes: Biodiversity and ecosystem functioning, mathematical and statistical ecology, sustainable agriculture and natural resource management, climate change impact assessment, and business and biodiversity
· Special session: Application of remote session and GIS in biodiversity assessment
· Registration opens: September 1, 2019 | Registration closes: September 29, 2019
· Students’ Paper Contest:
IBM 2019b will organize the students' paper contest (SPC) as a separate session in the conference. A monetary award and a certificate will be given to each student paper competition winner. An SPC participant has to submit an extended abstract during registration.
o SPC awards: Winner- ₹ 10,000 | Runner up- ₹ 7,000
o Submission requirement: Extended abstract (template available at webpage) & valid student’s id card
