Sorry for delay. I no longer monitor this group as much.
There are 38 different remedies and what you need depends on what emotions
keep coming up.
There may be guilt, anger, resentment, tormenting memories, etc.
Honeysuckle - For memories that keep on coming up for what you observes.
Holly - If angry at what happened
WIllow - If there is bitterness toward the situation
Pine - If you've taken on any guilt for not being able to prevent things or
help.
Agrimony - If you are holding you emotions tightly within
Cherry Plum - To release those emotions
Sweet Chestnut - To help let go of what was and accept what is. (Dark night
of the soul.)
Walnut - To help adjust to changes.
Let me know if there is anything you feel that I missed.

Yes. It makes sense. Star of Bethlehem is amazing for healing trauma. When
you get it, take it often. For me, I took it every few minutes and the
effect was profound. After about 10 minutes, I found that I needed it every
30 or so minutes, then every hour till I no longer needed it and forgot
about it. For me, I healed from massive depression virtually overnight, and
I have seen the same effects in others.
I hope it helps you, too.

You would have some profound relief, if you are still carrying trauma.
As for other remedies, please see earlier emails on this thread.

If I am right, then yes. You should feel a shift.
If not, then it means there would be another issue to be addressed by a
different remedy. It's just the way they work. Still, they are cheap enough
and safe enough to risk trying. SoB is something that everyone should have
in their first aid kit, in my opinion.
