For me crowds are not bad to much energy to pick up I have gone places and walk out instead of doing shopping walked in and out it did not seem to bother my friend told truth did not feel right no shopping that day To be honest for me covid and the weather makes it harder I wonder if that knot in my stomach is more maybe it matters or it does not If you channel be careful I have done it a few times I have been lucky be careful to if you channel the dead The first time it happened I was a child almost a teenager the energy that went through me was clean Not always after Thanks stay well I believe  In God in heaven but I have days were I forget
