PRODUCT ORDERS

All orders placed through the website are subject to Pro:Direct acceptance. This means that Pro:Direct may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Pro:Direct will issue you a refund.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery is only £3.95 and you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 days. For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm the previous working day. Pro:Direct Sport makes every effort to ensure your product is delivered to you on time and in great condition. Terms and Conditions apply.

RETURNS

All goods supplied by Pro:Direct are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturing warranty. If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalised unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
