Emoji symbols with proposed code point assignments

Dear Emoji enthusiasts and reviewers,

I have made preliminary assignments of proposed code points for new Emoji symbols. The chart is updated: http://www.unicode.org/~scherer/emoji4unicode/snapshot/utc.html

Most of the symbols are in a new block, at U+1F300..U+1F535.

A few look like they are a good fit for the following existing blocks, so I put them there:

- U+2300..U+23FF Miscellaneous Technical

- U+2700..U+27BF Dingbats

- U+2B00..U+2BFF Miscellaneous Symbols and Arrows

- U+2E00..U+2E7F Supplemental Punctuation

The enclosed CJK characters are in the U+1F2..U+1F2FF block which is going into Unicode 5.2/AMD6, adding to similar characters from the Japanese TV Symbols proposal (ARIB symbols).
