Hi members and neighbors, 

Our April meeting is tomorrow, April 21 from 7-8pm via Zoom. Please see the meeting link and call-in details below.

We have a zoning case to review and consider- C14-2024-0175, which will be heard at Planning Commission this week. Please see the attached materials which provide an overview of the project, as well as the questions raised by our group when we first met with the applicant's team in January. We will also have guest speakers from the D1 office, John Lawler and Eric Byrd, who can answer additional questions for us.

We also look forward to hearing updates from the neighborhoods about events going on in our area.
