encryption of communications

I am looking into using emite in a gwt application, but I am curious,
it seems only sasl plain authentication is supported, but what about
encryption of the messages, is there support of this? Or is all
communication sent over unencrypted channel?

Hi Cenk,

You're correct that only sasl plain authentication is implemented
currently.

If you wish to have the communications encrypted between emite and the
xmpp server you could always run your BOSH proxy over an https connection.
