Emite maven

Hello:

Thanks to the work of Xose (i've cut and paste some of this work into
the new repo) the maven integration for Emite is done at the maven
branch. I think we can merge to this branch into master and start the
0.7.0 emite series (remove the Suco integration layer and all the old
api)...

Also I've uploaded emite-0.6.1.jar to the downloads section:

Good work!

Xose's plan to produce a 0.7.0 with the Suco layer included but deprecated
(and removing it for the 1.0 release) sounds like the way to go rather than
removing it for the 0.7.0 release.
