Has anyone had an RETR waived because it wasn’t necessary?  I have two to report and there is no option in the RETR outcome for this.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

I'm pretty sure they can't waive them.  They can elect to just to a records review but they still have to redo the ETR based on the records review.  If they do nothing, it will be out of compliance.

This is how the supvsr explained it:   You would report a waive ETR as a regular RETR because doing a waiver resets the ETR timeline for 3 more years.

I have never heard of this.  The parent did sign off on an OP-4  Agreement to Waive Reevaluation form.
