Looking for a student

Good afternoon,

I'm hoping this email is still active and finds everyone well.  We (Tiffin City Schools) are hoping someone may have enrolled Saphira Jacolucci into school.  Saphira was living in Tiffin with her grandfather (Donald Swanigan) through temporary guardianship.  He had not received full custody at this time.  Mom came the week leading up to Christmas break to visit Saphira, and she ended up taking Saphira from the home and hasn't returned. 

Saphira is a white female, 5 years of age and enrolled as a  kindergarten student. She was born on March 17, 2018 in Mansfield Ohio with ties to the state of Texas.  Her full name is Saphira Rayze Jacolucci and likes to be called Sky.  

If anyone has any information, please let me know.  Thank you for your time and help.
