Spec Ed

Are we supposed to enter 3 for End of Course for Spec Ed students who are exempt from taking tests?  I read somewhere that if they are exempt they should be assigned a 3.  Do any of you do this and if so what code do you use?

I had a few SPED students a few years ago that had IEP testing exemptions and I did not have to enter assessment records with a score of 3 for them.  It's done automatically once you set the exemption flag under grad requirements in the SPED record.

It looks like it will show up under the Grad Points Summary screen showing the student earning the 3 points.  

I also double checked this report and can see that each of the students is earning a 3 on the EOC tests.

Thank you Kelly.  I do see where it is showing up in that area.  Our Curriculum Coordinator is filling in for our Test Coordinator and she had a Graduation Q&A form that she printed from ODE and it said the student may receive 3 points for any exempted test.  She asked me why those weren't entered.  I told her I had never entered them.  So, it had me concerned that I wasn't doing something that I should be.
