Has anyone successfully done this?

I am able to install EMIRGE but when I try to run emirge.py, I get this error:

/bin/sh: usearch: command not found
FATAL: usearch not found in path!

Which makes sense because conda installs vsearch (version 2.10.4) instead of usearch. Is there a way I can tell EMIRGE to look for vsearch instead of usearch??

Thank you!!
