Dear Group,  Does anyone have a Pyrope Garnet Crystal/s  for sale or swap? Where do we get some Pyrope Garnets in SA, ie public access? Regards, Alan s

Pyrope is fairly rare in Australia, restricted mostly to some small kimberlitic rocks, e.g.: http://www.mindat.org/minlocsearch.php?frm_id=mls&cform_is_valid=1&cf_mls_page=1&minname=pyrope&region=australia

If you go to some of these areas and pan the local stream s, you may get lucky.
