The 2023 International Conference on Image Enhancement and Computer Vision (ICIECV) will be held in Qingdao, China, from the 28th to 30th of October, 2023. It is hosted by the Engineering Technology Development & Innovation Society, co-organized by the INTERSCIENCE Institute of Management & Technology (India) and Xiamen University Kah Kee College.
It is believed that there are many technical innovations and practical applications for image processing and computer vision worldwide. Image improvement, graphics, and computer vision are expected to grow tremendously as practicality rises. In this circumstance, ICIECV offers chances for specialists and researchers in this subject to exchange ideas and strengthen collaboration. Consequently, we anticipate the conference will draw significant attendees while enabling richer communication among researchers in academia and industry.

Important Dates
Paper Submission Deadline: June 30, 2023.
Notification for Author: July 30, 2023.
Registration Deadline: August 30, 2023.

Submission Requirements
-All submissions should be original (not submitted/published anywhere else) and written in English within 5-10 pages; 
-At least one author of the accepted paper must attend and present;
-The number of references in the list of references must be at least 10; all mentioned in the Reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa;
-Self-citation should not exceed 10%;
-The originality of the article is not less than 80%;
-Upload your Paper to the Submission System no later than the deadline.

Submission Type
Full Paper (publication and presentation)
The research topic of the publication should be related to the conference's scope (as per the CFP), and it should be presented with logic and a thorough structure, pertinent data, notable results, etc.
Abstract (presentation only)
The abstract must adequately summarize the Paper and explain the objectives, findings, and conclusions. It should also provide enough information to be understood when read separately from the article.
