Usage with big ontology get stuck

Hi emftriple users,

I am trying to use the conversion from owl to ecore with a big
ontology. I used the code from the example number 3, just renamed the
input and output files. The behavior seems ok, it starts to analyzing
and then to realizing but after it get stuck without other logs. As I
said the behavior seems normal or at least is the same using the
plugin with a smaller ontology. The only (visible) exception is that
there is no output and it keep working forever (at least I tried for a
whole night).

The ontology that I need to convert in ecore is obi (
http://obi-ontology.org/page/Main_Page ).
Do you know how I can debug the conversion or try to find where it get
lost and why?
