[Idea] logs and configs

My problem is that it is very difficult to keep synchronized the
conversation histories and settings, now I have it separated because I
have not had time to set it right. If you use multiple computers this
becomes complicated because you should be using a Web client to save
history or use something like Dropbox to synchronize the settings and
chat history.

I've been thinking about this a while ago and I thought the idea of
using a mysql database. (afaik it currently uses sqlite to store chat
logs)
It occurs to me that one could have the client settings and logs in a
mysql database on one of the computadroras and access from the other
(in my case I have a pc desktop and a laptop) or locate the database
the web using your own server or free (if anyone has a web domain can
directly observe all that is available there and always from either
side)

What do you think of this?
