Emerson: No IHP Testing Next Week

For incoming 6th Graders and Their Families:
Emerson Middle School will NOT be holding IHP testing next week.
Emerson's principal, Mr. Watson, and the school counselors reviewed
and evaluated all SAS applications and determined that testing will be
unnecessary given the high number of highly qualified applicants.
This is part of the Administration’s decision to restructure the SAS
program in response to feedback from teachers, parents and students.
We look forward to welcoming a new class of 6th graders to Emerson.
Please look out for an invitation to join Emerson families at a new
student/family mixer coming up on June 10.
