On January 18, 2014, Play Rugby USA California held their largest tournament to date at RFK Community School, with around 360 kids from 36 different middle school teams in attendance. After a long day of games (approximately 6 games each), Emerson's boys team took home the 1st place championship, while the girls' team took home 2nd place! Emerson coaches, David Hastings, Sarah Shanley and Kyle Morrison, were thrilled with their teams' performances and an overall great day of Rugby!
