First Dads Group Breakfast is this Friday, September 20!!

Attention Emerson Dads (and Moms, Grandparents, Significant Others and Any Adult who would like to spend more time with their student at Emerson)!

It's that time again!!  The first Dads Group Family Breakfast of the 2019-2020 school year is this coming Friday, September 20th.  Setup is at 7:30 am, breakfast starts at 7:45 am, and we will be wrapped up when it is time for our students to go to class at 8:30 am. Please join us for a potluck breakfast with other Emerson families followed by some information sharing and other activities, including:

• Information from our Principal, Mrs. Kaitz (schedule permitting);
  
• Updates from the Emerson community and the PTA/Fundraising Team; and
  
• New and exciting game (assuming I can think of one).
  

Please RSVP if you get a chance by responding to this e-mail with the breakfast food of your choice that you would like to bring and share so we can build some excitement and have an idea of what's coming (but don't shy away just because you didn't get a chance to RSVP).  Pastries, fruit, juice, coffee and milk are a few popular examples (bonus points for hot food)!  Also, please feel free to share this invitation with others that you think may be interested but aren't included on this distribution (especially new Emerson families).  You've got to eat breakfast anyway so why not do it at school!  Spread the word!

We'll bring some little muffins and some milk.

P.S. Please no parking in the teachers' parking lot or in any of the prohibited areas on Cypress or Kenneth.  I know traffic is always tough on these days so please plan to arrive early.

Just a quick reminder about tomorrow morning's breakfast at 7:45 am.  If you don't get a chance to RSVP, that's OK.  Just grab something to share and we'll see you there.

Also please remember to give yourself plenty of time as parking can be tricky.  Please don't park in the teachers' parking lot or any of the prohibited areas on Cypress or Kenneth.
