Last Dads Group Breakfast is this Friday, May 18th!!

Attention Emerson Dads (and Moms, Grandparents, Significant Others and Any Adult who would like to spend more time with their student at Emerson)!

The final Dads Group Family Breakfast of the 2017-2018 school year is this coming Friday, May 18th at the lower lunch shelter (dress accordingly).  Setup is at 7:30 am, breakfast starts at 7:45 am, and we will be wrapped up when it is time for our students to go to class at 8:30 am.

Please join us for a pot luck breakfast with other Emerson families followed by some information sharing and other activities, including:

• Information from our Principal, Mrs. Kaitz (schedule permitting);
  
• Updates from the Emerson community and the PTA; and
  
• Exciting game featuring our 5th grade class.
  
  

If you get a chance, RSVP with what you are bringing so we can build up some excitement, but don't shy away just because you didn't get a chance to RSVP.  Pastries, fruit, juice and milk are a few popular examples of things to bring (bonus points for hot food)!  Also, please feel free to share this invitation with others that you think may be interested but aren't included on this distribution (especially new Emerson families).  We've had amazing participation recently, let's keep it going!!  You've got to eat breakfast anyway so why not do it at school!  Spread the word!

We'll bring some little muffins and some milk.

Dads Group:

Just a quick reminder about tomorrow morning's breakfast at 7:45 am.  We'll plan on being in the lower lunch shelter (unless it's too cold, in which case we'll hide in the auditorium).  If you don't get a chance to RSVP, that's OK.  Just grab something to share and we'll see you there. 

Also please remember to give yourself plenty of time as parking can be tricky.  Please don't park in the teachers' parking lot or any of the prohibited areas on Cypress or Kenneth.
