SetLogFile does not save column headers

We are using the SetLogFile command to save results of doing multiple runs and testing tables.  It seems to be saving the data properly, but it is not saving the column headers. Should we be using a different command to also get the column headers or is there a flag we are missing or is this a problem with SetLogFile?
