Windows problem for sims

I have a student using windows who is trying to start the windows executables for the neuron and detector projects in Chapter 2.  When she does the command window opens but then immediately closes too quickly to be seen. She managed to capture the following screenshot.  For some reason this compiled project is complaining that it cannot find one of the goki functions.  Is this a goki problem or does she need to install Vulkan or a different version of Vulkan?

This is a graphics card driver problem -- needs to update to latest driver.
