Opportunity to Pilot Micro-learning Courses on Water Quality and Behavior Change
CAWST, under USAID BHA funding, is developing a series of short learning modules and job aids to support the work of front-line humanitarian practitioners in the areas of drinking water quality testing, behavior change, water treatment, and sanitation. They have developed the first 15 of what will be 40 resources, and are looking for feedback, to inform the rest of the content development. Feedback is requested by Friday, March 19th.
These resources are meant to help you troubleshoot common challenges, remind you of best practices, or introduce you to resources in an area of interest. There is a wide range of materials from PDF checklists, to interactive modules, videos and even comics. The materials are purposely diverse in this first round, to get a better understanding of what format people prefer, and what types of information they find most useful.
You can create a free CAWST account to view the resources here:
• Drinking Water Quality Testing
• Behavior Change
A few minutes into working through a module you will be prompted to fill out a very short questionnaire about it. This will happen with each of the modules and job aids. Please explore as many of the resources as you are able to. In addition to filling out the built in questionnaires, please email general comments to Lisa Mitchell lmit...@cawst.org.
