TOMORROW, Friday the 29th, is the LAST DAY that you can order your T-SHIRTS. If you want one, you need to get it ordered NOW.
TOMORROW is ALSO the deadline for those of you planning to pay by check. If you plan to register online and pay by check before the event, you need to do so NOW.
For those of you who plan to pay at the door for individual dances, here is the policy:
Once the Complete Weekend packages sell out, we will be restricting access to non-pass holders. Entry to individual dances for non-pass holders will only be available at the dances on a first come, first served basis. At each dance, only pass holding dancers will be allowed to enter at the beginning of the dance. Unregistered dancers will only be allowed in on a first come, first served basis after the following times:
Friday Dance - 9:30 PM
Friday Afterhours - 3 AM
Saturday Dance - 10 PM
Sunday Dance - 9:30 PM
Sunday Afterhours - 2 AM
Once the venues fill up to allotted capacity (i.e. capacity held in reserve for pass holders plus the non-pass holders allowed inside), non-pass holders who wish to enter must wait in line until someone leaves the venue. Pass holders and people who have paid for an evening's dance will be able to enter and leave the venues at their leisure.
