Revised Door Policy for Dances at ECBF

Hey folks, like fine scotch whiskey, some things take time. After
getting feedback about our entry policy for the sold-out dances, we
have revised it. We'd like to thank again all of the people that have
written to us to express their concern and ask about clarifications to
the policy.

Below, you'll find the new policy. Please read carefully and if you
have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Updated Door Policy (11/3/09)

Because all of our packages have sold out, entry to individual dances
for non-pass holders will only be available at the dances on a first
come, first served basis. At each dance, only pass holding dancers
will be allowed to enter at the beginning of the dance. Unregistered
dancers will only be allowed in on a first come, first served basis
after the following times:

Friday Dance - 9:30 PM
Friday Afterhours - 2 AM
Saturday Dance - 10 PM
Sunday Dance - 9:30 PM
Sunday Afterhours - 2 AM

Once the venues fill up to allotted capacity (i.e. capacity held in
reserve for pass holders plus the non-pass holders allowed inside),
non-pass holders who wish to enter must wait in line until someone
leaves the venue. Pass holders and people who have paid for an
evening's dance will be able to enter and leave the venues at their
leisure.
