New EMERALD release, 20150326

A new release of EMERALD (20150326) is available at the EMERALD web page.  This new release features:

• Now works on Matlab 2014b+ (though may be slow, for some reason)
  
• Added ability in the API to replace a dataset, or add a dataset somewhere other than at the end of the databuffer.
• Added a routine to print out diagnostics in case of problems.
  
• Updated Documentation

Bug fixes include:

• Default renderer is now zbuffer (avoids OpenGL issues)
  
• Fixed a problem where PPI's and RHI's would fail to plot for moving platforms.

The previous version (20150310) included:

• Added RHIs
• Now can modify a dataset (Sweep) in the GUI.  Currently the only functionality is to apply a mask (i.e. censor using some thresholding condition).
• Can delete datasets without deleting entire buffer.
• Can now specify particular fields to display when using the datacursor. 
• Can now save data (one or more moments; customizable) from a polygon into a workspace variable.
• Added more statistics to polygon histograms.
• Added dataset index to title string.
