Dear all,

As we were informed in our last meeting, the Hospital is planning to introduce electronic car parking system for effective management of limited parking areas which we have through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement. Part of this process requires the Hospital to identify motor vehicles belonging to MNH employees in order to devise parking options for them.

This message is to kindly request you to coordinate and establish the list of staff with cars with respective registration numbers to facilitate this undertaking.
