Dear all,

This is to inform you that plans are underway to prepare and give new identity cards for all staff. The intention is to standardise and improve the legibility of the identity cards which staff are supposed to wear all the time while in the office and work areas. The exercise shall also serve as an opportunity to update title changes from the current IDs.

While this happening, please ensure all staff in your areas are wearing IDs which they have until they are issued with new ones.

The timetable for getting new IDs for staff is attached for your noting and coordination.
