Hello everyone:

Just a reminder that our ACEP16 Scientific Assembly International Scholarship Program submission deadline is approaching quickly. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted on/before April 15, 2016 in order to be considered. Late applications will not be accepted.

 

I am resending my March 1^st e-mail (below) as well as the original attachments for your convenience.

Hello all,

I am forwarding you the ACEP Section on International Emergency Medicine 2016 Scientific Assembly scholarship fund application form as well as a copy of the “Guidelines for the use of the International Section’s Scientific Assembly Scholarship Fund”. This year’s Scientific Assembly will take place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada from October 16-19, 2016 with additional pre-conference activities scheduled for October 15^th.  Please visit the conference Web site at www.acep.org/sa for more information.

 

Interested parties may submit applications and/or nominate potential candidates for consideration. The criteria used for making decisions on applications is listed at the top of the application form (items a-i) and are expanded upon in the guidelines document.

 

The submission deadline for applications is April 15, 2016. In order to allow sufficient time for the approval/notification process late applications will not be accepted for consideration.

 

All names should be submitted to the attention of Ms. Veronica Mason at vma...@acep.org and accompanied by the following documents:

 

·       Completed Application Form (in English)

·       Curriculum Vitae or Background Summary (in English)

·       Formal Letter of Request (in English)
